We want you to be confident when buying a QuixoraDB code. This page explains when refunds are available and how to request one. All refunds are processed by Payhip, our payment provider.
1. Eligible for refund
- The code has not been redeemed yet, and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- The Service was unavailable for an extended period after activation due to our infrastructure issues, preventing reasonable use of the database instance.
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong product).
2. Not eligible for refund
- The code has already been redeemed and the database was provisioned successfully.
- The instance has expired or was disabled per the purchased plan duration.
- You changed your mind after redeeming.
- You stored data in the instance but did not back it up before expiration.
- The issue is caused by your local network, firewall, ISP or third-party tools.
3. How to request a refund
- Open the support channel on your Payhip purchase receipt.
- Include the order ID, the redemption code (last 4 characters are enough), and a brief description.
- If the issue is technical (instance unreachable), include the host and the time of the failure so we can correlate logs.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Payhip and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
4. After a refund
Upon refund the corresponding code is invalidated. If the database instance was provisioned, it will be disabled, and remaining time forfeited.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks may invalidate the code, the instance and future eligibility for the Service.
